Lisa Lauxman
Special Assistant to the Director, Outreach and Engagement and C urriculum Coordinator, 4-H Youth Development
Responsibilities include serving as the statewide liaison on outreach and engagement. As the Curriculum Coordinator, provides statewide leadership and support for programming efforts with the 4-H Military club program, Operation Military Kids, rural civic engagement, healthy living, and citizenship, and program management regarding volunteer screening and organizational liability issues related to tax certification, etc. Provides statewide leadership and supports and strengthens the work of the county Extension agent through conducting field studies to determine and improve program effectiveness.

Responsibilities include the promotion, organization, and logistics related to
specific subject matter activities, programs and events at state and departmental
level; maintains the 4-H and College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Communication
Team list serves. In addition provides support to
State 4-H office faculty.

Tina Christianson
Administrative Secretary Provide assistance to Acting Assistant 4-H Director
and 4-H support staff at the state level. Responsibilities include: Facilitate state 4-H office functions, set up conference
calls, update state 4-H calendar, input and request funding, and coordinate on site meeting logistics. Interact with 4-H faculty,
staff, members and volunteers to relay activities, policy and procedure information.

Program Coordinator - Arizona Operation Military Kids (OMK) Program
Responsibilities include working with Arizona 4-H Curriculum Coordinator to coordinate Arizona Operation Military Kids (OMK) programming efforts in conjunction with OMK program guidelines and goals. Coordinates Arizona OMK programming efforts for the following Arizona OMK programs: Hero Packs, Ready, Set, Go! Trainings, Speak Out for Military Kids (SOMK), Camo-Camps (day camp experiences) and Local Partner Events. Coordinates marketing, publicity and reporting efforts for the Arizona OMK Program.
