Responsibilities of the position include coordinate and collaborate curriculum and programming efforts as well as provides contact and support for county faculty and staff in the program and content areas related to: adult and youth leadership, citizenship, international programming, group programming, and individual/family consumer sciences.  Conducts applied research and evaluation in leadership, citizenship and individual and family and consumer sciences.

Responsibilities include the promotion, organization, and logistics related to specific subject matter activities, programs and events at state and departmental level; maintains the 4-H and College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Communication Team list serves.  In addition provides support to State 4-H office faculty.

Tina Christianson

Administrative Secretary

Provide assistance to Acting Assistant 4-H Director and 4-H support staff at the state level. Responsibilities include: Facilitate state 4-H office functions, set up conference calls, update state 4-H calendar, input and request funding, and coordinate on site meeting logistics. Interact with 4-H faculty, staff, members and volunteers to relay activities, policy and procedure information.

Program Coordinator

Responsibilities include the coordination of the following programs: Operation Military Kids (OMK) program and State Teen Adult Retreat (STAR). Assist with program coordination of 2007 Western Region 4-H Forum and the Youth Adult Council (YAC). Assist the Acting Assistant Director of 4-H Youth Development with statewide programmatic efforts.
