Ground Water Flow Models
Ground Water Flow Models are three-dimensional models of aquifers composed of layers of sediment enclosed between sheets of lucite. The models feature pumping, injection and testing wells, underground storage tanks, surface water bodies and artesian springs. These effective learning tools demonstrate the structure of confined and unconfined aquifers and geohydrologic processes such as groundwater flow, cones of depression and infiltration.
