Water and regional development: Stone works for water protection and production

Depicted in March 1997, this stone work is representative of CSE's original resource management program within the region. The stone work channels runoff to protect land and increase water collection rates in underground conduits. The success of these works was demonstrated in October 1997, when they resisted damage from Hurricane Pauline. Small stone works increase water collection and infiltration
