Zegarra et al.: "U" wall seismic test results

This photo shows the results of a seismic test simulating the effects of a light earthquake. The "U" wall on the left is not reinforced; the wall on the right is reinforced with a wooden board at the top of the wall. The test was conducted at the Aseismic Structures Laboratory of the Catholic University of Peru.
