November 2, 2009: Pesticide Applicator CORE Certification Training & CEU Workshop. Francisco Grande Hotel -- Agave Room 2684 W. Gila Bend Highway (Hwy 84). See map at http://www.SWVMA.org. TIMES: 7:30 am - 7:50 am registration; 8:00am - 3:00pm Certification training; 3:30 -- 5:00 pm Applicator Certification Exam.
You may attend the six hours of training for CEU credit if you are already have AZ Dept. of Agric. applicator certification. Seating is limited to about 40 participants. If you plan to attend this event, please RSVP to Ed Northam fnortham@msn.com, 480-947-3882.
Note: If you have a core applicator license and want to take an AZ Dept. of Agric. category exam (such as forestry applicator, commercial applicator, agricultural pest control advisor), this can be arranged while the core exam is being given. Contact Jennifer Weber, jweber@azda.gov, 602-542-0985.
