Jorgen
R. Mortensen joined the Department faculty in 2001. He is Cardon Research
Specialist in Agricultural Economics and Policy. Mortensen spent most
of his professional career as a department head with the Danish Farmers
Unionthe principal organization representing domestic and international
political interests of Danish agriculture. The DFU is also responsible
for extension and applied research functions. Mortensens present
research interests are focused primarily on crop/fertilizer response
