AZMET Customized Data Generator
Contains data collected at 25 stations throughout Arizona
over the last 10 years. Temperature, precipitation, wind
speed and direction, solar radiation and soil temperature
are some of the useful variables collected in this database.
Descriptive Climate Summaries
Descriptive summaries of the climate at 150 locations in
Arizona. In general, these are the locations that have
the most complete records. The summaries originally appeared
in Arizona Climate, 1931-1972, edited by William D. Sellers
and Richard H. Hill (copyright @ 1974 by The Arizona Board
of Regents) and are reprinted by permission of The University
of Arizona Press. They have been substantially modified
and updated and may be downloaded by users of the CALSnet
website.
Historical Storm Data for Arizona
A listing of significant storms that have affected Arizona
since 1878. The data are derived primarily from the National
Weather Service publication STORM DATA. Included for each
storm, besides the date or dates of the storm, are the
type of storm, the number of people killed or injured,
and a brief description of the storm. The user can search
the record by either date, type of storm, or location.
Historical Records of Temperature and Precipitation for
Arizona
A listing of all available monthly and annual temperature
and precipitation data for Arizona climatological stations,
dating back to 1852. The data are derived primarily from
the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration publication
CLIMATOLOGICAL DATA FOR ARIZONA.
Locations in Arizona for which Climatological Data are
Available
An alphabetical listing of all locations in Arizona for which
historical records of temperature and precipitation are
available. Included in the table are the latitude and longitude
of each station, its elevation in feet, the period of record,
and past names, if any, for the station.
Period-of-Record Climate Summaries
Climate summaries for all climatological stations in Arizona.
Observation Record for All Stations in Arizona
A chronological listing of changes in name, location, elevation,
observer, and variable measured for all Arizona climatological
stations for the period of record. Except in the name and
notes columns, no entry indicates no change from the previous
entry. No entry in the notes column indicates that data
are available for both temperature and precipitation.

Part of the US Department of Agriculture it provides timely, accurate,
and useful statistics for those involved in US agriculture
Virus Disease Management Peer to Peer Project
This is a producer-driven collaboration with University of Arizona
researchers to provide rapid, accurate identification of plant viral
pathogens of vegetable and fiber crops in Arizona.
