We believe it is important for students to have hands on experiences outside the classroom. In order to be a competitive applicant for your first professional position or graduate school, students should have real world knowledge. Traditionally, one of the best ways to gain this experience is by participating in an internship. It is the responsibility of each CALS student to seek out an appropriate internship based upon their interests and goals. After identifying an internship and being offered a position, students should contact their major advisor or department internship coordinator.
