The Special Action Group (SAG) is a community collaboration initiated by the SWCCHP in partnership with Cooperative Extension. This group has been instrumental in disseminating information and heightening the awareness of disease prevention throughout the community with community leaders. The SAG advocates for creating policy change and promoting health by utilizing community resources.
