NOTE: This credit is effective for taxable years from and after December 31, 2006, and ending before January 1, 2012. Therefore, the credit is available for tax years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and calendar year 2011. A taxpayer with a fiscal year ending in 2012 will not qualify for the credit.
