Staff performance appraisals should be completed annually on employee's UA anniversary date. Unit Heads are defined as heads of all major administrative units within the college, and include departments, schools, extension program areas, county extension offices, agricultural centers, and other units. In some cases, the calendar may not apply to all unit heads, because of the type of unit activities. A blank space for date indicates no specific date is currently available; date varies year-to-year but is shown in the month that it normally occurs.
