Equipment Lending Library
 Availability:

Faculty and staff, working on projects for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and students working for faculty or staff on projects for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences are welcome to use these resources.

Lending library items are checked out for short periods only, 1-4 days and with rare exceptions for longer periods when demand is low. People engaged in on campus classroom teaching have check-out priority.

Use the Equipment Request Form online to request use of equipment.

Please reserve equipment at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you.

The Lending Library does NOT have a conference telephone.

Proxima 9250 Proxima 9250+ Desktop Projector, 1024x768 XGA resolution with 1900 ANSI Lumens, displays exceptional image quality at any resolution, including finely detailed graphics, text, and spreadsheets, works with computers and video from VCR and TV, internal speaker (14.3 pounds).  Instructions on how to use with your laptop computer.
Proxima 6150 Proxima 6150, XGA Desktop Projector, SXGA (1280 X 1024) Resolution, 1400 ANSI Lumens, at 7.9 lbs. and 3.9 in. tall, one of the most portable desktop projectors available.
Proxima LX1 Hitachi CP X328  Desktop Projector, 1024 x 768 resolution with 2000 ANSI Lumens, works with computers and video from VCR and TV, internal speaker.  Excellent for portable display (6 pounds).
The EPSON PowerLite 730c provides 2000 lumens brightness in a lightweight 4.3-pound package. This projector features auto keystone correction, which makes it perfect for presenters on the go. In addition, the PowerLite 730c includes EPSON 3-LCD technology, for fine color and detail, as well as XGA resolution for sharp, vivid images every time.

Sharp Video Camera Video Recorders - Sharp Hi 8 Camcorder with "through the lens" LCD View Finder, small and light weight, resolution is higher than VHS camcorder, and Panasonic AG-3P SVHS Video Camera, portable, good video quality. For general use videotaping.
Digital Video Cameras - Sony DCR - TRV-900 and Sony DCR-VX1000, for use in specialized conditions where top quality video is required. For capturing video to be put on the web or on CD.

 Kodak DX 3500 Digital Camera and Dock - 2.2 Megapixel, 3X Digital Zoom, 8MB internal storage memory (50 pictures at 900x600 resolution). Comes with software and dock to load pictures to your computer and easily email, modify, or print.
Koss DVD Player Koss DVP2161 Compact DVD with MP3/CD Player - Compact DVD/CD player plays DVD-Video, MP3 CD, audio CD, video CD; offers full-featured audio CD and MP3 CD menu controls, Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1-channel surround-sound passthrough (for use with surround-decoding audio/video receiver). Includes full-function remote control, AC adapter. Attach to digital projector or monitor for viewing.
Wireless Mouse Logitech Wireless Mouse, a wireless, hand held trackball mouse which can be attached to any PC.  Excellent for presentations.
Mimio Mimio Digital Meeting Assistant, which attaches to any whiteboard and captures information in real time and color into your laptop PC.  Excellent for saving whiteboard information from meetings.  
ELMO Elmo Visual Presenter (requires a projector such as a Proxima), an overhead projector that uses a camera to view an object and send the signal to the projector, use to display transparencies, pictures, small 3D objects, what you write on paper, 35mm slides
CD-ROM External CD Drives: Panasonic Portable CD-ROM, allows for hookup to laptop computers without a CD-ROM drive to read CDs. Backpack CD-ReWriter, external CD-RW, attaches via serial port for easy use.
Overhead Projector Standard Overhead Projector, for use with overhead transparencies, portable, bulb use with cool down period.
Slide Projector Slide Projector - Kodak Ektagraphic III A Slide Projector, standard 80 slide tray, auto focus, remote control
VCR VCR - JVC BR-3100U VHS player/recorder, with remote. Can hook up to destop projector to show videos on large screen.
