| Projector
will not turn on |
Confirm
that there is power by seeing if there are lights illuminated on the projector.
If the power and status light are lit on the projector, see if lamp replacement
light is lit. If so, contact 621-3633. If lamp replacement light is not lit, confirm that "Standby (Black)" button is not active on control panels (at podium). Cycle Projector Power On and Off buttons, and toggle Standby button. |
| Desktop computer will not display |
Make sure "Computer" is pressed on the left control panel.Check
the black box next to the computer monitor so that the light is lit next
to portable computer. Toggle button from portable computer to desktop computer.

| Laptop computer will not display |
Make sure
"Computer" is pressed on the left control panel. Check the black
box next to the computer monitor so that the light is lit next to desktop
computer. Toggle button from portable computer to desktop computer. |
| Microphone
volume is too low |
Press
Audience Cameras on the left control panel. On the right control panel adjust
the "Volume for Mics" level. Check that the battery in the microphone
is charged. Replace battery if necessary (replacements in black cabinet
at podium). |
| Wolfvision
light will not come on |
Press Wolfvision on the left control panel. Tap "Camera On" button. Check power light on the Wolfvision unit. If green, toggle through light settings on the right control panel by pressing "Lights." This will toggle through the above light, the backlight, or turn off lights. Press button enough time to have toggled through the sequence. Check for messages displayed on the podium monitor. If lamps need replacing, call 621-3633 |
