Funding Request Procedures |
| Enhancement awards are solicited once per year. Specific guidelines are detailed along with the solicitation letter or can be seen at http://cals.arizona.edu/internal/programs/pfund.html for guidelines. Funding is from July 1 to June 30. The program should address priority issues at the county, multi-county, state, or regional level. Preference will be given to proposals which are multi-county or statewide. Final approval by the Associate Director. Faculty travel to represent Arizona Travel funds are available to attend national meetings for the elected official (president or their designee) for the Arizona Agriculture Extension Association, the Arizona Association of Extension 4-H Agents, and the Arizona Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. However, Cooperative Extension Administration will not support state representation to other national meetings, committees, or boards. Examples of Professional Development Career Plan of Action Form Program funding is available for multi-county or state-wide programs only that address emerging critical needs. Requests may be initiated by Extension faculty with approval of appropriate Department Head or County Director. Final approval by the Associate Director. Funding is available to supplement the development and printing of Cooperative Extension publications. After consultation with ECAT Publications Coordinator, submit a publications planning Approval Form via the CALS Publication Planning Form to the Associate Director. Final approval by the Associate Director. |
