Use of Logos
Using the Arizona Cooperative Extension logo
Continuity and consistency are the driving force behind the letterhead and graphic elements. All Extension units are asked to use the new letterhead (either printed supply or templates) and the graphic elements in a consistent manner with daily correspondence, newsletters, workshop materials, posters, advertising, visual media, news releases, signs, tablecloths and all other forms of media and outreach produced in house.
Print Guidelines
Guidelines for use and restrictions are available for downloading at http://cals.arizona.edu/extension/graphics/guidelines.pdf. Each county received a CD of graphics.
Contact Steven Crofts.
For in-office and commercial printing, the new Extension logo must be used in conjunction with the University of Arizona wordmark or one-line graphic at all times - this is an official UA rule. Robert Casler, ECAT, Director of Publications and Web, is the CALS brand advocate. Contact him at 520-621-7177 with questions.
The logos should not be put in close proximity but should appear within the same document.
Web Use
The restrictions for printing are not the same for use on the web; you can acquire A variety of general extension and county extension web graphics at http://cals.arizona.edu/extension/graphics/ . For custom web graphics contact Kelly Block (520)626-9174 .
