Tools to Use

Extension Display Unit
Cooperative Extension Administration has purchased a large display unit for indoor use at such events as trade shows, garden and county fairs. The unit measures 5' high x 7' long x 1' deep and sets up easily by attaching the dark blue carpet-like material to metal rods. There is a large but lightweight case (with wheels) for easy transport.

In addition, we have created large, colorful graphic elements designed to market Cooperative Extension programs and projects. We can also create pieces specific to an Extension program or need (with advance notice).

To check out this display unit, contact Tony Stevens (520-621-7205, tstevens@ag.arizona.edu) at least one week prior to your event. It is available for check out on a first-come, first-served basis, for 2 week periods. You must arrange for pick up and drop off from the campus office.

Extension Outreach Materials
Extension Administration is printing a series of marketing brochures.  ECAT staff (Joanne Littlefield, Susan McGinley, Robert Casler and Maria del Carmen Aranguren) has provided the writing, editing and graphics and Extension faculty have provided the great programs and results. The primary audience for these brochures is elected officials; the secondary audience is the general public.  The purpose of these brochures is to tell our clientele about the great work that Arizona Cooperative Extension is doing for the people of Arizona.
So far we have produced five brochures:
