Congratulations to Extension Faculty of the Year 2000, Linda Houtkooper,
Ph.D., R.D., Special Assistant to the Directors of Arizona Cooperative
Extension and the Arizona Prevention Center. She also carries the
Specialist title in the Department of Nutritional Sciences. Linda received
her plaque and a check for $1000
during the Awards Luncheon of the Annual Faculty Conference, held December
7, 2000 at the DoubleTree Hotel.

* The ICYF Evaluation Workshop on Data Coding, Entry and Analysis has been
scheduled for January 8-9, 2001. The focus will be on introductory-level
information with concrete examples and hands-on practice. Open to any
agent or county staff with data/evaluation responsibilities. Travel costs
will be covered (1 night double occupancy, mileage and per diem, except for
meals provided as part of the conference) Space is limited so register
