Review of applicants begins March 18, 2000.

* We are soliciting program Enhancement Proposals for the period July 1,
2000 - June 30-2001. In evaluating the proposals, special consideration
will be given to priority issues that have been identified in several
counties, the state, or the western region. Proposals are due March 10,
2000. Late proposals will not be considered. Please contact Deborah Young

* An experimental "paper bale" Field Support Facility was completed this
past summer, built by student design and labor with the assistance of Rocky
Brittain, College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture
