Tuesday Morning Notes

August 14th, 2001

To use the web for open enrollment, you will need relatively new browsers equipped with 128-bit security. You will be able to edit the pages through the entire enrollment period, so if you have browser problems midway through or want to make changes you can always go back and check your complete record. The main enrollment page can be found at http://benefits.hr-services.org/ That page has a link to FAQ's, with details of which browsers work and how to upgrade your own browser. You can download Netscape 4.78 from the ag server (ftp://cals.arizona.edu/pub/win95/internet/webview/cc32d478.exe) or you can get Microsoft 5.5 at microsoft.com/ie. If it is unclear which you should get, there have been fewer problems with the MSIE product than with Netscape. If you have problems, contact your department support person. Here is link to the department support person in your area. http://cals.arizona.edu/agnet/mgrs/support.htm
