The report from the Biosphere 4-H Program Planning Conference indicated
three key discussions: 1. Focus on two priorities for the coming three
years: Strengthen 4-H Clubs/Volunteer Development and Personal Growth and
Development. 2. Develop an internal shared leadership model. 3. Transition
the state 4-H contract funds in the coming year to redirect the process to
focus on teams rather than individuals.
