Youth development, Colorado River Indian Tribes Reservation in La Paz
County. She will begin her position there July 15, 2002.

The Arizona Grain Research and Promotion Council (AGRPC) is soliciting
research proposals from researchers who are prepared to investigate
relevant subjects involving barley and wheat and the Ariozna grain
industry, such as reduction of fresh water consumption, developing new
varieties, improving and measuring end-use quality traits, improving
production and handling methods, designing and improving harvesting and
handling equipment, developing and expanding markets and reducing marketing
costs. Qualifed researchers are requested to submit proposals to the
executive office address no later than July 26, 2002. Proposals should be
a maximum of two pages and include statements of the problem, the objective
and the intended methods as well as a budget of the proposed funding. It
is suggested that proposals be limited to approximately $5,000.00 annually
with a maximum of $10,000.00 per year. For more information please contact
