Working Group Proposals have been approved for FY03-04 and are located at http://ag.arizona.edu/internal/programs/coord03.html (coa userid and ua password required). The functions of working groups include: (1) identify specific issues, topics, or programs that occur in a minimum of 5 counties; (2) enhance communication and collaboration between campus and county offices; (3) provide guidance for cost recovery in Extension programs that are held statewide. Working groups should have regular meetings, either virtual or in-person, to develop outcomes, outputs, and inputs, using a logic model format for the program. Working groups may evolve into statewide teams. Thank you to all who submitted proposals.
