Please welcome Sabrina Tuttle, our new agent who started working in the San Carlos Apache office on July 14. Sabrina comes to us with over four years experience in Indian Country, having served as the Extension Indian Reservation Program (EIRP) Agent for the Seminole Tribe in Florida. She recently completed a Ph.D. in Agricultural Education at Texas A&M University, and holds a M.S. in Animal Science, an M.A.in Folklore, and a B.A. in English as well. Send your messages through the Gila County office, as Sabrina won't have an e-mail account for a few more days.

All women who are involved in agriculture are invited to the Seventh Annual Women in Agriculture Conference. This conference is co-sponsored by CALS and the Arizona Farm Bureau. Nationally recognized and Certified Speaking Professional, Jolene Brown, will lead the lunch and afternoon session. The conference kicks off with a get acquainted activity on July 17 at 7 pm and then you will spend July 18, "Getting Ready... Head to Toe".
