The college will be revising its strategic plan over the next several months, with an eye to possible directions in the over the next 5-10 years. Roger Caldwell (who retired last year) has been asked to organize this effort and Dean Sander will announce in this week's CALS Weekly Bulletin a way for all faculty and staff to give their ideas. There are significant changes underway inside the university and in the external environment and this is an important process. Please take the time to give your ideas early in the process.
