Tuesday Morning Notes

January 24, 2006

The AAP-5 form (for reporting meeting or event information) has been revised to align more with the APROL system of collecting statistics in that the ethnicity and gender totals can be entered by Adult and Youth and totaled separately. The revised form (http://ag.arizona.edu/extension/employee/pandp/aap_forms/aap-5.pdf) is available in Chapter 4 of the Civil Rights section of the Program & Procedural Manual. Please download the latest revision (destroying the old one), copy and distribute as needed and put in your civil rights files.

The Extension Faculty/Staff Roster is being updated and should be available within the next week. Many units have given us changes and they are being put into our database right now. In addition, Robert Armstrong and Steven Crofts are working to use the same database to generate both the website and the downloadable versions to avoid inconsistencies. We will announce when the new version is up and ready.
