FACULTY CONFERENCE

The feedback from those attending the annual Faculty Conference was quite positive.  I would like to again thank Victor Jimenez (MAC) and George Frisvold (AREC) for co-chairing the event and to all the committee members who helped put together an excellent program.  Congratulations to Susan Pater, the Extension Faculty of the Year award winner.  The marketing information is available on line at http://cals.arizona.edu/extension/marketing/resources.html .  The President's speech and follow-up dialogue is on line at http://vas.calsvideo.arizona.edu/misc/cals2006.htm .   Thanks to all.  We will not have a “somewhat annual” faculty conference next year due to budget challenges, but hope to have one in 2008.
