Bother?
Why? Should I? Bother?

"I actually wore out my couch."

And I realized it wasn't the only thing getting soft in the middle.  Now I spend one Saturday morning each month on a workout that makes me feel good inside.  I raise organic food for the hungry.  And to keep it fresh and healthy, local food banks get the food the same day we pick it.

I know the time I volunteer matters, because we help feed the 25 percent of Arizona's children facing hunger." With businesses and neighborhoods donating empty lots for gardens, and people like me helping plant and harvest, the food we raise goes a long way.

Think you don't have time to help? How long until you need a new couch?
