 Rededication Ceremony - September 3, 2004, 9:00 a.m.

For over a century, classrooms, laboratories, county extension offices, and outlying agricultural centers of the University of Arizona College of Agriculture and Life Sciences have served to educate students, solve problems, and inform the public on issues embracing agriculture, family and consumer services, and renewable natural resources.

These contributions have been made by a partnership involving federal, state, and county entities, and all the people of Arizona. Herring Hall will house programs that are an integral part of the teaching, research, and service activities provided by the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

This magnificently rehabilitated structure is hereby rededicated to the people of Arizona, the University Campus Community, and to the continuing economic development of our state, on Friday, September 3, 2004.

Be a part of the ceremony!

For the rededication ceremony, the campus and Tucson community was invited to join College of Agriculture and Life Sciences faculty, staff, and students in honoring the history, and the future occupants of the second oldest building on the University of Arizona campus. Watch the dedication ceremony which took place on September 3rd, 2004.

If you would like more information on the ceremony, please contact Randy Ryan, Assistant Director, Agricultural Experiment Station, at rryan@cals.arizona.edu.
