A healthy lifestyle makes a difference. Diet, particularly with high calcium foods, plays a key role in developing strongbones throughout the life cycle. Weight bearing exercise, like jogging, stair climbing, hiking and strength training, also help by building strong muscles and bones. You can take action to prevent osteoporosis.
