The site includes a data base of over 1,200 frequently asked questions (FAQs) on personal finance topics, as well as an Ask the Expert feature where consumers can receive a personalized response to their questions. Upcoming Training Small Steps to Health and Wealth

The new Small Steps to Health and Wealth workbook and online sign-up are now available! Small Steps to Health and Wealth is a program is designed to motivate consumers to implement behavior change strategies that simultaneously improve their health and personal finances.

You can register free at http://tcainstitute.org/sshw/survey/index.html to set your own personal health and wealth goals. You will receive information by email periodically how to reach those goals. The University of Arizona and Rutgers University Extension are partners in Small Steps to Health and Wealth with a 132 page workbook that can be picked up at our UA Cooperative Extension office at 4341 E. Broadway, Phoenix for $16 or $20 including postage payable to the University of Arizona.

The two-color book includes 25 strategies to improve health and increase wealth with more than 40 worksheets included to help readers develop their own strategy to improve health and increase wealth. The book includes background information to help readers define their goals, such as health and wealth benchmarks.
