[AG] Ficus trees with brown spots on the leaves

I have been told that California grown ficus trees  may sometimes develope 
black spots on the leaves and this does not happen with the Arizona trees. 
The problem could be caused by improper irrigation. If you will reply with 
the age of the tree and how much and how often you are irrigating I'ii be 
glad to advise you.
