It is normal for citrus leaves to yellow at this time of year, also yellowing
can be caused by over watering. If you have not changed your time clock to
adjust for the winter weather it is time to do so. The curled leaves could be
caused by an insect called thrips, nothing to be concerned about , the damage
is only cosmetic. Leaves will also curl if the tree is stressed from
inadequate water.
Check out this website on watering citrus and the folowing on citrus
leaf drop: www.ag.arizona.edu/pubs/crops/az1151

Good luck.
