[Arid_gardener] Jacaranda/chinaberry questions

Rod's advice would have been mine as well. I'm simply writing to say that
I look out at a 25+ year jacaranda everyday that is planted in the middle
of my neighbors' bermuda lawn. They do not overseed in the winter, so the
lawn is not watered then. And I believe they only water their lawn weekly
in summer [this is an old common bermuda lawn]. This is considerably less
than most other homeowners water their lawns.
