The T3 Train the Trainer system trains early childhood professionals and school personnel who work in group settings with young children. The three levels of training (T3) include a master trainer who educates a trainer who in turn trains a trainee.

Arizona developed the "Health and Safety Training in Child Care Project" in 1989 to provide health and safety training, consultation and technical assistance for child care programs.
