Animal ownership papers are due in the Cooperative Extension Office 10 days after Ownership Deadline.

4-H/FFA animal projects are educational programs designed to teach youth about the animal industry, animal husbandry,
management and marketing. To make your learning experience successful these requirements must be met:
1. Own project animal by appropriate deadline.
2. File completed animal registration form on time.
3. Provide primary care of animal regardless if kept at member's home or off-site. Primary care is feeding,
watering, cleaning, training and grooming.
4. Keep project director informed of location of animal.

ALL LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS: To participate in the Mohave County Fair and Arizona State Fair, Youth Livestock
Exhibitors both Breeding and Market classes (Beef, Dairy, Goats, Sheep, Swine or Small Animals) must have attended a
Youth Livestock Quality Assurance Certification Workshop. This certification is valid for three years. All leaders/advisors
must also be certified in order to be eligible to sign entry forms.
