4-H/FFA animal projects are educational programs designed to teach youth about
the animal industry, animal husbandry,
management and marketing. To make your learning experience successful these
requirements must be met:
1. Own project animal by appropriate deadline.
2. File completed animal registration form on time.
3. Provide primary care of animal regardless if kept at member's home or off-site.
Primary care is feeding,
watering, cleaning, training and grooming.
4. Keep project director informed of location of animal.

Sheep Ownership Form (Market and Breeding)
Swine Ownership form (Market and Breeding)
Small Animal Ownership Form (Rabbit ,Pigeon, Cany, Poultry, Waterfowl)
Companion Animal Ownership Form (Dog, Pot Bellied Pig, Reptile / Amphibian)
Goat Ownership Form (Breeding, Dairy, Market, Pack, Mini)
ALL LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS: To participate in the Mohave County Fair and Arizona
State Fair, Youth Livestock
Exhibitors both Breeding and Market classes (Beef, Dairy, Goats, Sheep, Swine
or Small Animals) must have attended a
Youth Livestock Quality Assurance Certification Workshop.
This certification is valid for three years. All leaders/advisors
must also be certified in order to be eligible to sign entry forms.
