Water Audit

The Water Auditor workshop is designed to provide landscape professionals with an opportunity to upgrade their landscape water use management skills. Participants will learn to perform site inspections, evaluate irrigation systems, and develop efficient irrigation schedules. Class time is spent learning about irrigation theory, practicing collection of field data, and performing data entry and processing.

The Manager's Session provides a hands-on Case Study class for Property Managers and Landscape Contractors using straightforward methods to evaluate water and cost savings. Topics and Case Study examples include landscape area measurement, weather data, water use data, irrigation system performance, and savings potential.

Successful completion of the Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor exam will be recognized by issuance of a Certificate.

Water Auditors are certified through the SmartScape Program (sponsored by Tucson Water) and through other professional training programs. To find a Certified Landscape Water Auditor in your area, please call an irrigation specialist, landscape company, or click here for Tucson Water Water Auditors certified through the SmartScape Water Audit program.
