Development Organizations (DOs) are all pushing for KM and KS as means for
achieving organizational efficiency and getting results on the

principal agricultural information and knowledge actors' association, go with

current? The logical answer would be not only <U>go with,</U> but even
<U>drift with </U>the current. Happily, our current IAALD President, Mr. Peter
Ball<SPAN class=330412110-21042006>a</SPAN>ntyne chaired a discussion on KM
and KS back in February 2006 and his remarks are attached for your good
reading. In my humble opinion, adopting a futuristic approach will <SPAN
class=330412110-21042006>yield a better dividend</SPAN> in the long
run.</FONT></DIV>

the name change proper, </SPAN>many names have been for

other QB news, the IAALD Executive Committee is considering a name<BR>change
for the Quarterly Bulletin, and we'd love your input! There
are<BR>many considerations, of course. Do we want to remove the IAALD
brand<BR>from the name and go with a more general name so that we can
involve<BR>other associations? Or perhaps include a subtitle that
indicates it is<BR>"the journal of IAALD"? Do we want the name to
suggest inclusion of<BR>related disciplines? Below you'll find some
