of The Food Agriculture and Nutrition Division (FAN) of the Special
Libraries Association invites submissions for its session at the 2008 SLA
Annual Conference to be held in Seattle,<b> Monday, June 16, 2008, 1:30
p.m. - 3:00 p.m</b>. <br><br>
The theme of the contributed papers session is:<b><i> Increasing access
to Agriculture, Food and Life Sciences Information</i></b>. Papers should
discuss original research, innovative projects, or other professional
activities of interest relevant to the theme. <br><br>
Presenters do not need to be a member of FAN or of SLA to submit a
proposal for consideration. <br><br>
Presentations are 20 minutes followed by a 5 minute question and answer
period. <br><br>
An LCD projector will be provided.<br><br>
<u>Deadline</u>: January 31, 2008. <br><br>
<u>Notification of Acceptance</u>: February 15, 2008 <br><br>

Submitting a proposal indicates a commitment to attend the conference as
a presenter at this session.<br><br>
