Harvesting apples involves the use of several different types of equipment. Every harvest worker should be familiar with the potential hazards in using such equipment so accidents and injuries can be avoided. This video demonstrates the proper safeguards when working with tractors and forklifts, carrying and climbing ladders, working in trees, supporting and lifting bags of apples, and handling and loading large bins.
