This program is a self-guided, web-based training program required for any 4-H volunteer who wants to be a 4-H chaperone. The PowerPoint© program presents the qualification and expectations for serving as a 4-H chaperone as well as selected vignettes. Advice is provided for dealing with bullying, hazing and other challenging behaviors that chaperones may confront. Completing this training is required before 4-H volunteers can serve as chaperones for groups of young people attending 4-H events and activities.
