Prickly pear, cholla, and barrel cacti. Lehmann lovegrass present in the distance in line of sight with the power pole. Poppies in bloom. Compared to 2007, Lehmann lovegrass now present in view; more grass including addition of sideoats; decline in size and vigor of prickly pear; some of the same tanglehead plants persisting since 2007 as well as new plants recruited. Compared to 2013, no poppies; barrel cactis died; much more grass, especially tanglehead, new grass species of cane beardgrass and sideoats; and decline in prickly pear patches. M.
