This page is intended for those who have been accepted into SAI.
Payment must be received by May 27. No refunds are provided after this date.
Full payment must be received before boarding the bus.
The amount you owe depends on when you applied for SAI. If you applied on or before March 1, then the payment is $125. If you applied afterwards, then the payment is $175. Refer to the email notifying you of your acceptance as to when you applied.
Some participants have made prior arrangements with their school to pay for their participation. Make note: Participants are responsible for communicating with necessary school personnel to ensure on-time payment.
Those requiring an invoice in order to provide payment are to use this online invoice.
- Download and save the invoice (some browsers, like Firesfox, will not show the fillible forms until it is saved and reopened).
- Complete the invoice by referring to these directions (those paying online must include additional $5 convenience fee).
- Email us a copy (AgLiteracy@cals.arizona.edu).

Email your notification that you’ve mailed payment by using the auto-filled email message below. You will need to include the amount sent and the date it was mailed. If you are sending from a different email address than the one used in your application, please clarify which email address you would like us to send future emails. Keep in mind the need to check this email account regularly between now and throughout the week of SAI. You may need to have your email system open before clicking on the link.
