Visit Campus

The University of Arizona offers programs for prospective students to visit the campus and speak with colleges.  CALS participates in these events so you can get to know us a little better.

  • Information Sessions will be held during the academic year for prospective students and their families. The session will cover our many agriculture and life sciences majors, opportunities available to agriculture and life sciences students, and the admissions process. Current agriculture and life sciences students will also be on hand to offer their student perspectives. The information sessions are held by request. You can register for this event by emailing fvs@email.arizona.edu. You will receive a confirmation email.  We also recommend you take the Office of Admissions Campus Tour at 10am after this info session.  To sign up for this event go to http://admissions.arizona.edu/visit-ua/ambassador-tours.

  • Arizona Experience is a daylong event where you visit the college of your choice, speak to other campus partners such as Residence Life, and enjoy a day on our campus.  CALS participates in the Arizona Experience so you can ask any questions you may have as well as speak to some of  our current students about their experiences.  You can sign up at http://admissions.arizona.edu/visit-ua/az-experience.

  • Class Cats is an excellent way to see a current classroom and lecture with one of our students.  Making a decision on which major you want to pursue can be as easy as seeing a real class for yourself.  To sign up for this opportunity go to http://admissions.arizona.edu/visit-ua/class-cats.
