A ED 301: Youth Leadership Development
Assignment: Preparing an Officer Selection
and Training Process
Each student is to prepare and submit an officer selection and training
program for youth organization officers. The project should include the following
sections:
 | Introduction |
| Nomination |
| Selection and Election Procedures |
| Duties and Responsibilities of Officers |
| Officer Development Activities scheduled on a yearly, as well as, monthly basis |
| Any additional materials to help challenge, motivate and encourage the officers. |
The assignment should be creatively packaged, i.e., typed, indexed,
bound, labeled, illustrated, etc. When the assignment is submitted, please include this
assignment/evaluation sheet.
