ORGANIZING MEMBERS TO PREPARE THE PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES

  1. Identify an overall Program of Activities committee.

  2. President (or chairperson) appoint committees.

  3. Committees review appropriate resource materials for ideas.

  4. Each committee develop written tentative activities for each division.

  5. Committees report to membership for discussion and suggestions. Revise goals, steps, etc. and finalize.

  6. Review proposed program with school administrator or appropriate constituent group.

  7. Obtain formal adoption by membership.

  8. Reproduce copies of Program of Activities and distribute widely.

  9. Establish committees with responsibilities for conducting the planned activities in each division.
