MEMBERS WILL GET MORE OUT OF ACTIVITIES IF THEY ARE INVOLVED.

LEARN BY EXPERIENCE - LEADING, FOLLOWING, COOPERATING, ETC.

MEMBERS LEARN TO FUNCTION IN GROUP ROLES.

ACTIVE ORGANIZATIONS PLAN AHEAD.

ORGANIZATION IS MORE LIKELY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ITS MEMBERS.

DEVELOP CONSIDERATION OF OTHERS.

MEMBERS LEARN TO DELEGATE AND ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY.

LEARN TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

MORE APT TO BE ACTIVE IN STATE AND NATIONAL ACTIVITIES.

MEMBERS HAVE FUN AND GAIN SATISFACTION.
