"Creating Your Habitat Garden" ... presented by Cochise County Master Gardeners
Friday, April 14, 1:30pm, Public Meeting Room (PMR) in Groth Hall, UA Sierra Vista, 1140 N. Colombo
We'll discuss the most enjoyable topic of creating a habitat garden space ... large or small ... to provide a safe, nurturing, beautiful, sustainable place for inviting desired wildlife into your garden. (This does not include javelina, deer, or bear.) If you'd like to take an additional step of becoming a certified habitat garden, we'll share that info with you, too! It's a fun and rewarding exercise. Most of you will already have the required habitat in place!
We'll talk about habitat creatures, what they require for a good life, pollinator plants, and more.
Registration is REQUIRED, please, to ensure seating for all attendees. To register, please call or text 520-559-7078.
Conveniently, our Spring Plant Sale & Plant Talk is the following Saturday! ... Plant Talk 8:30-10:00. Plant Sale 10:00-2:00. Talk in the PMR. Sale in the Discovery Gardens.
Coffee pot will be on!
Workshop fee of $5.00 to be collected at the door ... cash or check. Any proceeds benefit the Discovery Gardens at UA Sierra Vista.
