Join us for the CALS Grad Slam Final Round & Reception!
Grad Slam competitions involve a 3-minute presentation by a graduate student on a research or creative project and finalists win cash awards. The competition is an excellent opportunity for CALS graduate students to enhance their communication skills. Additionally, the competition showcases the innovative research associated with graduate education in the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences.
- The final round features six students each in the English and Spanish sections.
- At the end of the final, awards will be given for 1st place ($500); 2nd place ($300); and 3rd place ($200).
- Guests and community are welcome to attend the final round and celebrate at the reception afterward!
