Curt Cassels completed his BS in Family and Consumer Sciences at the Norton School in 1984. He has had a highly effective career in sales of skin care and beauty products. Curt is recognized as an exceptional communicator with highly refined training, motivational and coaching skills, adept at assembling and energizing high-performing sales teams.
Cassels became Sales Capability Leader, The Americas Prestige Beauty and Grooming, at Proctor & Gamble. He received Execute with Excellence, Champion of Productivity–Nurturing Partnerships, Business Ownership, and Master of Simplification awards there.
Prior to working with Proctor & Gamble, Cassels was National Director of Sales/Vice President for Customer Business Development of Doctor’s Dermatologic Formula. He has also been an executive at Murad and Chanel. He is a member of the Bay Area Beauty Association.
Currently Vice-President for Sales and Education of Pestle & Mortar, a company based in Dublin, Ireland, Cassels is charged with launching their brand in the U.S., Canada and Latin America markets. He is overseeing the launch with key retailers, responsible for public relations, marketing, sales education, and coordination of digital and social media resources.
Active in volunteer public service, Curt is the alumni honorary chair of the “#4hGrown” campaign for the Arizona 4-H Youth Foundation and will be working to bring California 4-H alumni together as well. Currently living in San Francisco, he is a member of the board of North Beach Citizens, an organization committed to finding housing for the city’s homeless population in a key area of the city. He has served as President of the Congregation Council of Grace Cathedral of the Episcopal Church as well as a member of its Board of Trustees. He is Vice Chair and Chair-Elect of the Board of Governors of the City Club of San Francisco.
